Marvel Cinematic Universe: Who is the scariest villain?

5. Adrian Toomes/The Vulture
Physical Horror-8/10 Michael Keaton, who plays Toomes, is downright menacing at times during this movie. On top of that, the Vulture suit he wears is absolutely terrifying the first time you see it.
Evilness-6/10 On the one hand, he’s doing all this to take care of his family and his employees. On the other hand, he casually kills one of these employees and likely could have stopped dealing arms a long time ago and still have been well off. He also sells very powerful weapons to all manners of people.
Intelligence-6/10 While we don’t see his intelligence on display a whole lot, his daughter goes to that fancy smart kid school with Peter and he deduces that Peter is Spiderman after spending about 6 minutes with him.
Power-6/10 While he likely wouldn’t pose a threat to Iron Man, or even a more experienced Spiderman, the Vulture wreaks havoc throughout NYC. He also splits a ferry-boat literally in half and drops a building on Peter. Additionally, were he truly evil, he could have used his gear for a lot more than arms dealing.
Miscellaneous-9/10 I am rigging this a little bit for the Vulture. I just think that he was genuinely terrifying at parts of the movie and while it may not have been reflected in the other categories, I’d definitely be more afraid of him than the previous villains so far.
