Physical Horror-9/10 The dude was ugly, giant and had bony spines sticking out all over his body.

Evilness-5/10 I think that Emil was really an idiot more so than he was super evil. He coveted the power of the Hulk. Additionally, he was injected with the inferior super soldier serum that began messing with his head, ultimately driving his desire to become more powerful than the Hulk.

Intelligence-5/10 He was losing his mind which made him want to become like the Hulk, so I’m not going to be too harsh on him. At the same time, however, who would want to be like the Hulk?

Power-9/10 He’s even stronger than the Hulk and their fight destroys Harlem.

Miscellaneous-7/10 Imagine if the Hulk was genuinely evil and not just angry, not great.
