3. Red Skull

Physical Horror-7/10 He is literally a blood-red skull, or Hugo Weaving. Terrifying.

Evilness-10/10 Not only did he plan on killing millions of people, he was also a literal Nazi. If that weren’t enough, he also killed his own countrymen in pursuit of his own goals.

Intelligence-7/10 He was in charge of the Nazi’s advanced weaponry branch and was smart enough to realize that his weird occult obsessions were not only real, but could change the outcome of the war.

Power-8/10 Not only is he about as powerful as Captain America, but he also commands an army of insanely loyal soldiers armed with powerful weapons.

Miscellaneous-6/10 On top of everything else, he’s also very mean.
