On Thursday night, the latest episode of Arrow will take place. It’s the fourth episode of the sixth season, titled “Reversal.” What that means remains to be seen, but should be learned throughout the latest episode.

Arrow has taken an interesting path in recent weeks. Oliver Queen found his personal, mayor and Green Arrow lives colliding, so he dropping the latter so he can be a father to William. That led to John Diggle becoming the new Green Arrow, seemingly overcoming the odds of his nerve damage to gain the team’s trust and save the day.

However, to close episode 3, Diggle was seen getting what looked like a cortisone shot or a steroid, to inject into his arm. That’s why he didn’t have any trembling during the final fight scene.

Will Team Arrow figure this out in “Reversal?” Given Dinah Drake’s watchful eye over Diggle, it’s possible. Along with Rene Ramirez being suspicious about Diggle’s ability to handle the vigilante role.

If they discover Diggle’s underlying issues, will that lead to Oliver returning as the Green Arrow? He didn’t show a desire to in episode 3, but that could change if problems arise for his loyal friend.
