Monday nights on Fox feature the growing world of the X-Men, with other mutants taking center stage. It’s The Gifted, a show about the Strucker Family that discovers their two kids have mutant powers, and must elude the Sentinel Services to avoid capture. Meanwhile, the Strucker’s align with the mutant underground to find a safe haven.

In episode 6, Polaris captured Agent Jace Turner and attempted to get information from him. In the process, Dreamer tried to give Turner new memories, which became a game-changing move. Dreamer didn’t stop the process of giving Turner new memories, which caused brain to backtrack about four years. That included forgetting his daughter’s death.

In episode 7, titled “eXtreme measures,” look for this Sentinel Services Agent to potentially show ruthless aggression in taking down the mutant underground. Will he capture anyone?

Along with this, look for Eclipse to run into Carmen. Given the end of episode 6, Marcos may have no choice but to do his ex-girlfriend’s dirty work. This could impact the mutant underground and put his life at risk, whatever the task at hand may be.

It’s setting up to be another interesting episode of The Gifted, as season 1 winds down. Only 10 episodes were ordered, so the show will have just three remaining after Nov. 13.
