American Horror Story Cult season finale preview: ‘Great Again’
The season finale of American Horror Story Cult has arrived and the death toll is rising. Here’s your preview of episode 711, “Great Again.”
It’s hard to believe that the season finale of American Horror Story Cult has arrived, but here we are and there aren’t many people left standing. This, of course, is not surprising given American Horror Story’s lauded past. The death toll starts mounting halfway through the season and no one is safe. Ryan Murphy has no qualms about killing off main characters and given that the last three main characters standing have all done awful things, at this point there are no more good guys to root for. Except Oz, of course. The kid’s adorable.
Kai, Ally and Beverly are the only ones left in this warped story. Do you root for the lunatic cult leader, the formerly meek but now murderous mom, or the power hungry reporter? It’s a tough call.
There’s also the small matter of Speedwagon. He was wearing a wire, and when Ally got into the car at the end of “Charles (Manson) in Charge” it seemed like she wasn’t surprised by his sudden departure from Kai’s lair. This has to man something. I’m even willing to bet that Speedwagon might be Oz’s real father. He looks an awful lot like the guy in the sperm bank photo.
There’s no way to predict what’s going to happen in the season finale. Will things be “Great Again” or will Kai’s plan come to fruition? Remember, folks, this show doesn’t have to have a happy ending…
