Riverdale returns on Wednesday night for season 2, episode 7. A look at how to watch it online.

On Wednesday night, Riverdale returns to TV for its seventh episode of season 2, titled “Chapter 20: Tales from the Darkside.” It’s the second-to-last show before the winter break, which is sure to be another explosive episode of this Archie Comics-based drama.

Instead of the usual seven-day gap between episodes, there was a two-week wait for “Chapter 20.” Riverdale didn’t air on Nov. 22, due to other programming that was featured in its usual timeslot. However, it’s back on Nov. 29, and will deliver the latest in season 2’s storyline.

The first six episodes surrounded the Black Hood, a violent man that terrorized the town of Riverdale. He attempted to murder Fred Andrews, killed Miss Grundy, almost killed two Riverdale High School students and was last seen shooting Mr. Phillips in the town’s jail.

Following the latest incident, a trailer for “Chapter 20” was released that teased suspicions around Sheriff Keller, given the killer’s latest attack was under police watch. Does that mean Keller is involved? Will we find out more in Wednesday night’s episode?

Aside from this, the developing battle between Riverdale’s North and South parts of town continues to escalate. There was already a fight, including Archie Andrews getting involved. However, tensions rose in “Chapter 19’s” street race, resulting in the cops arresting two Ghoulies and potentially creating another enemy for Archie.
