Gamora or Nebula
The journey of Thanos’ adoptive daughters has been one of lethal sibling rivalry to one of reconciliation. They did reach a mutual understanding by the end of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, with Nebula (Karen Gillan) leaving to find and kill their father. Eventually, Gamora (Zoe Saldana) and Nebula will reunite against Thanos. When this happens, it’s very likely he will kill one of them.
If Gamora dies, it not only motivates Nebula to want to kill Thanos even more, it would rally all the Guardians, especially Star-Lord. Both Guardians of the Galaxy films show they’re clearly attracted to one another. Gamora dying before Peter Quill ever gets the chance to tell her how he feels is just the kind of push he needs in wanting to stop Thanos.
On the other hand, the possible death scene for Nebula writes itself. Gamora holds her dying sister in arms, promising her she will finish what she started and kill Thanos. Also, in the original Infinity Gauntlet story, Thanos killed her, then uses the Gauntlet to bring her back as a zombie. Imagine if Thanos kills Nebula in Infinity War, takes her body, and does something with her during the sequel? It would certainly set the stage for a gut-wrenching fight between Gamora and Nebula.
Thus, in the choice between Gamora and Nebula dying, the odds-on favorite is Nebula. Still, the Marvel Cinematic Universe has done the unexpected before. And killing off a main character from the Guardians of the Galaxy would be a major shake-up.
Probability of death: 60 percent (Gamora); 75 percent (Nebula)

So those are the predictions for who could die (or not) in Avengers: Infinity War. If you have any candidates of your own, let’s hear them, along with who you believe will survive. Then again, don’t forget that, during the end of the Infinity Gauntlet, everyone who died was brought back to life. These are comic book movies, remember.
