The Flash season 4, episode 9 live stream: Watch online

Tuesday night features the latest episode of The Flash. It’s season 4, episode 9, titled “Don’t Run.” This will pick up on the events of “Crisis on Earth-X,” which saw Barry Allen’s life take a happy turn in the first and fourth parts of the episode.

“Crisis on Earth-X” was the four-part crossover event on the CW, which had all the superhero shows, Arrow, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, The Flash and Supergirl team to face the Nazis of Earth-X. They invaded Earth-1, at Barry and Iris West’s wedding, hoping to capture Supergirl and take over.

This stopped the wedding, pausing the official announcement of the West-Allen’s. Instead, it was saved for the end of Part 4, with John Diggle as the Justice of the Peace. He also married Oliver Queen and Felicity Smoak, who attended as the ceremony’s witnesses.

As for “Don’t Run,” Barry will return to his storyline with Clifford DeVoe. Judging by the trailer, DeVoe captured him and threatened harm to Joe West, who searched for his new son-in-law.

Given how it’s a midseason finale, expect The Flash to leave on a cliffhanger. How will this play out? Could DeVoe harm our titular hero in “Don’t Run?”
