Avengers: Infinity War can introduce these 10 characters

Which new characters can Avengers: Infinity War introduce in the 2018 blockbuster?

With Avengers: Infinity War and its trailer on hiatus this month, there are a lot of questions. Aside from the obvious, which involve the Infinity Stones and the mad titan himself – Thanos – and the fate of some of the characters, another question people might not think of immediately is who are the new characters that may appear in the new film?

At first, you might be thinking ‘What do you mean? Infinity War has more than freakin’ 36 characters. How can there be more introduced?’ While that indeed might be true in every subsequent Avengers film that has been released, Avengers: Age of Ultron and yes, I include Captain America: Civil War because that is arguably Avengers 2.5 new characters have been introduced. Age of Ultron with the late Pietro Maximoff/Quicksilver, Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch, Ulysses Klaue, Vision, the new artificial intelligence Friday and the titular villain. While in Civil War, Everett Ross, T’Challa/Black Panther, Peter Parker/Spider-Man and Helmut Zero were introduced.

Another reason is producer and the president of Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige, had confirmed that not only the untitled fourth Avengers film is a ‘finale’ in Vanity Fair.

Feige said:

"“[Avengers 4 will] bring things you’ve never seen in superhero films: a finale. There will be two distinct periods. Everything before Avengers 4 and everything after. I know it will not be in ways people are expecting.”"

What is also a given is that many of the actors who are part of the founding members of the Avengers team – Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson and Jeremy Renner are about to expire. So the most logical option is to introduce possibly new characters that may fill in that roster or introduce crucial players that could lead to the end of the universal threat ahead.

In this list I present to you ten new characters that we are likely to meet during Infinity War.
