1. Terraxia

At the core of the Infinity Gauntlet arc is in the comics, as much as it is crazy, at its core it is a twisted love story between Thanos and Mistress Death. While Death denies his affections, he seeks to earn her respect by ending life as part of her wishes, but she does not share the same sentiment.

This is how Terraxia comes in. She is the sole creation in his image and his equal, a true representation of his hubris. There will come a point that Thanos will grow tired of Death.

If she does appear in the MCU, she will most likely appear towards the end of Infinity War.
