Avengers: Infinity War can introduce these 10 characters

10. Eternity

In the comics, Eternity is a cosmic entity; a god-like being that literally embodies the mainstream Marvel Comics universe i.e. Earth-616. In the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe), Eternity has been referenced a couple of times in the Guardians of the Galaxy movies.

Eternity has been stated to be one of the four entities that created the Infinity Stones. The three others were Entropy, Infinity and Death. So far, all we know of this iteration of Eternity is this everlasting being’s son is Entropy and sister confirmed to be Infinity. Eternity and his son came at the dawn of time, while his purpose is creation; Entropy’s goal is destruction, which causes a constant struggle in the balance life.

Star-Lord claimed to have witnessed Eternity when his father, Ego, placed him in a hypnotic state. The likelihood of this being appearing in Infinity War is not a lot, but could appear in any of the subsequent films like Ant-Man and the Wasp, only if Hank Pym or Scott Lang explore concepts such as the macro-verse. Though for now, they are exploring the Quantum Realm, which is an alternate dimension in subatomic size.

However, as Thanos is to gain access to all of the Infinity Stones in his rise to power against the superheroes of Earth and the entire multiverse, Eternity may appear in the MCU at some point, when Thanos will be upsetting the balance of creation at large.
