Through the first half of season 4, what were the best moments from The Flash?

After an underwhelming junior season, The Flash Season 4 has returned with a bang and has truly brought the fun and heart back to the show. The Flash is currently on its winter hiatus, which means the first-half of the season has come to a close.

While we patiently wait for the series to return, it’s a great time to take a look back at some of the best (and worst) moments of the season.

5. BEST: Breacher hunts down Cisco

One of the most fun moments from the first half of this season was watching Gypsy’s father, Breacher (played by Danny Trejo), hunt down Cisco. The conditions set by the protective father were that if Cisco survives past 24 hours, he would be able to date Gypsy, otherwise, he would die. Cisco tried to use his wits and build a trap for Breacher, but he ultimately broke out of the trap using a sword from Earth-48. At the end of the day, Cisco was able to win over Gypsy’s dad and he admitted to respecting Cisco.

This secondary storyline was extremely entertaining to watch unfold as the two characters had a great chemistry together. Breacher is a very gruff and hostile man while Cisco is a lovable goofball, making their moments on-screen together rich and memorable. Danny Trejo surpassed expectations as Breacher and hopefully, the actor will return to the show in the future.
