2. Dr. Doom

Dr. Doom has always been obsessed with taking over the world because only HE can make the world “better place”. After Doom stopped his seemingly lifelong feud with The Fantastic Four, Doom started collaborating with the elite villains to further his attempts at world domination. Norman Osborn, Loki, and Namor were all just pawns in his plan, but he required the help of one more person; T’Challa.

Doom extended an invitation to Storm and T’Challa. He hoped he could find a way to come together as a world power. With the Superhero Civil War still going on in America, Doom used this opportunity to try and manipulate T’Challa. When T’Challa turned down the offer, Doom did what he always does. He insulted T’Challa and told him he wasn’t fit to rule. A fight ensued and T’Challa and Storm left. But this wouldn’t be the last time the two would square off.

Doom later found a way to control the minds of the Wakandan and almost managed to overthrow the country. He did, however, manage to steal a lot of Wakanda’s vibranium to make his weapons and armor. He even managed to fool the Panther God. Doom came closer than anyone to overthrowing the kingdom of Wakanda.

The rivalry between Dr, Doom and T’Challa was short lived, but it was brutal. Doom almost killed T’Challa before Doomwar and the two also squared off during Secret Wars. Dr. Doom may be the only villain with all of the skills to push T’Challa to the limit. They may not like each other, but they know not to underestimate one another.
