3. Domino will have a major role

Much like Cable, Domino has been a frequent character to pop up in Deadpool’s stories. She is usually an ally, but sometimes she’s more. And that’s exactly what we can expect from her in this movie.

In terms of “more”, it’s important to be with specific with how she’ll be used. It is entirely possible that she may take up Vanessa’s title as Deadpool’s love interest in this movie. In fact, that may be why Vanessa ends up with a less significant role in this movie. But knowing Deadpool, there’s bound to be more.

It’s possible that at the start of this movie, Wade and Vanessa are still a thing. But somehow, along comes Domino, and Wade’s mind immediately starts going to all these different places. He begins to try to start impressing Domino in all of these crazy different ways. But the thing is Domino’s not having it.

She sees right through what he’s trying to do, and denies him of what he wants. And in doing this, it just makes Wade want her even more. At this point, taking no for an answer is not how this will end.

What’s interesting about this scenario though is Domino finds humor in all of this. She finds it hilarious just how much of a fool Wade is willing to make himself to get with Domino. And she uses that against him to make him look even more foolish.

But what is also important about Domino is that she is made out to be an incredibly strong character. She’s no Damsel in Distress. She can handle herself as well as Deadpool and Cable can. In doing so, by helping Wade in the movie, she becomes one of the more important characters in the movie.
