4. Flash

Although, his geeky comedic nature was gold,  I’m not talking about the deer in the headlights that was Ezra Miller’s Flash in Justice League. Nah the No. 3 spot on our list is reserved for the multi-talented star of CW hit series, Grant Gustin in the Flash. In the Arrowverse Barry Allen is unequivocally the ‘Fastest Man Alive’. He’s the reasons for creating breached into other universes after running fast enough to create a wormhole that allowed him to run through time. Flash has done it all, from leading a group of heroes against an alien invasion to defeating his very own doppelgänger, the God of Speed himself, Savitar. Defeating Savitar along with serving as mentor to so many others, isn’t the reason Flash ranks so high.

What makes Barry one of the greatest heroes in the DCU is a result of the time he spent inside the Speed Force. When he was freed by his team, absorbing some of the power that existed within the entity that parented the speedsters. Since his return, he’s displayed amazing feats of power as the Scarlet Speedster. The DCEU Flash has yet to display his true power, but we’ll likely get to see it in Flashpoint which is set to be released some time in 2020. Until then it’s CW’s Flash who will hold the title. However, there’s a hero in the Arrowverse even greater than the Flash. He’s the man that mentored him, and defeated him when no one else could…
