7. Natalie Portman as Jane Foster

Natalie Portman has won best actress in the Academy Awards for Black Swan and Jackie. She’s also known by comic book movie fans from her amazing performance as Evey in V for Vendetta. Her most recent jaunt into comic book movies was as Dr. Jane Foster in Thor and Thor: The Dark World. Looking back, Portman should have helped make the first two movies standout. Instead, she was bland and bad.

Portman didn’t have any memorable moments. Darcy Lewis was a better character with more memorable moments in a shorter amount of time. Portman added absolutely nothing to the Thor franchise. Jane Foster in the comic books is tough on Thor and challenges him to be a better hero. She didn’t care that he was a god, she was confident and strong and always made it a point to show that. So much so that she became the only person worthy of Mjölnir after Thor in the comic book. This was not the Jane Foster in the Thor movies. If they ever do a Thor movie with Jane Foster as Thor, let’s hope Portman isn’t picked.
