19. Deadpool defeats the Skrulls

The Skrulls were trying to make Earth part of their empire and they almost succeeded. They infiltrated everything from the governments of the world to the superhero and supervillain teams. They even found a way to simulate superpowers of the world and give them to their army. The Skrulls activated the final part of their plan; invading. They didn’t count on one person. Enter the Merc with a Mouth, Deadpool.

Deadpool defeated one of the Skrulls platoons that included a Super Skrull. After that, he offered them his service. He told the Skrull scientists to give the net batch of Super Skrull soldiers his healing factor and that he needed to train them. Then, to prove how great they were, Deadpool had the new Deadpool Skrulls kill all of the other Super Skrulls. His plan worked like a charm. Since Wade trained them, they became just like him. He drove them crazy and they started killing each other.

That wasn’t the best part. Problem is, Deadpool’s healing factor was made specifically for him. His healing factor replaces the cells that cancer kills. Without the cancer, the new Deadpool-Skrulls exploded.

Deadpool completed the mission Nick Fury sent him on. As he was sending the information on how to kill the Skrull Queen to Fury, Norman Osborn intercepted it. Osborn used the information to kill the Skrull Queen on TV. Norman became the savior of the world while Deadpool ended up getting nothing. Actually, he ended up with less than nothing since he didn’t get paid and he spent his own money and resources on this mission. Osborn also ended up sending some of his operatives to kill him so Deadpool wouldn’t tell the world that he got the information to kill the Skrull queen.
