30 greatest Deadpool moments in Marvel Comics

6. Some lines you don’t cross
Deadpool destroyed a group called the Ultimatum (imagine Hydra and Cobra, but worse) attempting to kill a former S.H.I.E.L.D. agent that tried to double-cross him. Later, they tracked down his daughter and tried to kill her.
Deadpool easily defeated them and gave the Ultimatum an ultimatum of their own. He told them to never come after him or his family again or he’s wiped them from the face of the Earth. For a while, they honored the agreement until one agent decided not to. He killed the guy in charge and decided to go after Deadpool, his family, and his friends. This was one of the dumbest things anyone could do.
First, Wade’s friends and family could handle themselves. Preston is a cyborg and an Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., Ellie’s (Deadpool’s daughter) grandmother slept with a gun under her pillow, and Michael Hawthorne was a talented necromancer. Once they were safe, Deadpool was capable of taking them out. The Ultimatum assumed Deadpool would just come at them guns blazing. Wrong. Deadpool formulated a plan and executed it perfectly. He killed every member of the Ultimatum all by himself and made it look easy.
After finishing the job, Wade left his family behind. He believed that in order for them to live, Deadpool had to die. To Wade’s surprise, they found him and were upset that they left him. He may have thought he was protecting them, but they were actually sad he left. This was possibly the happiest moment of Wade’s life. Too bad it was ruined by two universes colliding into each other, killing them all.
