5. Sophia Taylor Ali

The Pakistani actress got her start on Barney & Friends before making cameos in shows like Shake it Up, CSI Miami and the Mindy Project.  At just 22-years old, Ali still has yet to reach her full potential and she’s ready for a breakout role and her resume proves she’s ready to be Ms. Marvel. Ali has become one of those faces you see everywhere, but just can’t place your finger on where.

Over the years with roles on both the big screen and the small screen, Ali has been leaving her mark. Ali has reoccurring roles in Grey’s Anatomy as Dr. Dahlia Qadri and MTV’s Fakin It. You can catch Ali in the horror flick, Truth or Dare as Penelope Amari.

Since Ali is so young she could play a teenage Kamala and give Disney the opportunity to allow her to grow with the role, like they are doing with Tom Holland (21).  Ali’s versatility is one that would make her a great Kamala Khan in addition to experience on the big screen, albeit minute. Still, there’s a lot to like Ali and the potential she’ll bring to the MCU’s Ms. Marvel.
