Memorial Day 2018: Honoring the fallen superheroes

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story
Rogue One was like any other Star War movie. It wasn’t a movie where the good guys win and they all live happily ever after. Rogue One started with sacrifice and ended with it as well.
In the first part of the movie, Jyn Erso watched as her mother was shot and her father was kidnapped. What made it even worse was that she was young and powerless.
As time went on, Jyn became a rebel. All she cared about was making the people who destroyed her family. Just when it looked like things were getting better, she held her dad as he died.
Rogue One displayed a level of sacrifice more than any other movie on this list. Everyone who set out to destroy the Empire died. The saddest moment was watching Chirrut Imwe and Baze Malbus die. Two friends who loved each other and believed in the cause died so the universe could live. There may not have been a happy ending for the soldiers in this movie, but at least they died honorably.
