Lantern Corps in the Marvel Universe

Yellow: Fear
Oath: “In blackest day, in brightest night, Beware your fears made into light. Let those who try to stop what’s right Burn like my power Sinestro’s (Arkillo’s) might!”
While the Green Lantern works on willpower, the Yellow Lanterns are the antithesis. Their rings are powered by the ability to strike fear in beings and intimidate them. Sinestro has been both a Green and Yellow Lantern so he knows how to strike fear in those with even the greatest willpower. What Marvel character could strike so much fear that it would draw out a Yellow Lantern Ring?
Galactus
Say what you will about the Hulk, but no one strikes fear in the hearts of people like Galactus does. When people find out he’s coming to their planet, everyone starts to panic. Even Reed Richards knows that Galactus is an all hands on deck situation. Even then there’s no guarantee Earth will win. If a planet can be a Green Lantern, there’s no reason Galactus can’t have a Lantern ring. A universe full of fear could give Galactus enough power to satiate his hunger. However, I doubt Sinestro would let something like that happen. Even it did happen, would Sinestro be able to stop the Eater of Worlds?
