8. Professor Pyg

At first glance, the name may strike some as too comic book-ish but Professor Pyg is anything but. Pyg is a mad scientist whose idea of perfection comes at the cost of human lives. The former Spyral scientist performs painful and often deadly experiments on victims in an effort to turn them into Kewpie dolls.

Professor Pyg a lesser known villain who has received mainstream love in season four of Gotham played by James Urbaniak. A rated R movie fits the psychotic makeup and disturbing experiments of Professor Pyg. He’d be an interesting foe to depict on the big-screen and one who’ll test the emotional limits of the Birds of Prey.

7. Jane Doe

There’s no question that Jane Doe eerily resembles Marvel’s Red Skull. The crimson-faced villain isn’t wearing a mask made from condensed bone. Instead, Jane’s red features are that of raw muscle.

Additionally, Jane’s ability can be anyone, literally, kind of. Her talents allow her to adopt the mannerisms as she ciphers her victim’s personalities she kills them and wears their skin as her own.

Jane’s own feeling of emptiness aids her obsession with living the lives of other people, male and female alike. She’s not a criminal mastermind, but she can become one if she adopts the right persona. Jane’s lack of mainstream popularity makes her an interesting character to adapt to the big screen.
