6. Mr. Zsasz

Another twisted deranged villain made for an R rated movie is Mr. Victor Zsasz. Like Professor Pyg, Zsasz has appeared on the Fox tv series, Gotham. Anthony Carrigan brilliantly portrays Zsasz as a charismatic murderous henchman. Likewise, his comic book persona is known as charming and cunning a true sociopath who has no regard for human life.

As a matter of fact, before becoming a mass murderer, Zsasz was a wealthy gambling degenerate who lost everything and realized it all meant nothing. The revelation forced him to seek new meaning of life, murderer. He’s not opposed to killing women and children and the markings on his body symbolizes the lives he took. The effect left Zsasz littered with hundreds of scars. 

5. Lady Shiva 

Birds of Prey could decide to go all in on Cassandra Cain. If so, there’s no better villain than DC’s deadliest assassin, Lady Shiva. While her story is interesting all on its own, she’d make a great foe for the heroes. Shiva is the mother of Cassandra Cain whom she abandoned as a child.

Raised by her father, Cassandra would become a reluctant assassin. Shiva, however, relished in the art of killing and became a mercenary. Another Shiva connection is Dinah Lance, the two women shared the same sensei. Although the two never face off, they did team up to take down another DC villain. Shiva’s history and adventures are vague enough to tell a unique story that forces the heroines to take her down.
