Secret Invasion

This was a series that took years to come to fruition. The Skrulls found a way to make their presence undetectable by science, magic, and even Wolverine’s mutant senses and Daredevil’s radar. Once the Skrulls got enough of their race in place they set their plan in action. Skrull spies infiltrated everywhere on Earth from the Avengers to the governments of the world.

If that wasn’t bad enough, they found a way to produce Super Skrulls with the powers of both heroes and villains of Earth. With their superior skills from being a warrior race and outnumbering the heroes, it was going to take an act of god to save the Earth. Luckily, Thor just made his return.

There have been rumors that the Skrulls are going to appear in Captain Marvel. This could be the beginning of the Secret Invasion. Even if the 20th Century Fox deal didn’t go through this could have been a movie eventually.

Now, we could get the crossover when the X-Men demolished the Skrulls in San Francisco and Wolverine could be part of the team fighting in New York. And since the Fantastic Four are a major part of the Skrulls, this could be a great way to introduce Marvel’s First Family. Deadpool could have a tie-in as well since he was one of the reasons the Skrulls lost.
