2. Deathstroke

The post-credits scene in Justice League teased Joe Manganiello as Deathstroke. Since Magnaniello was cast, there were rumors that suggested he’d star in a movie. It was initially thought we’d see a Batman vs Deathstroke movie — that’s not happening. However, there have been rumblings about a solo movie. What better way to introduce Slade Wilson to moviegoers than in Suicide Squad 2? Moreover, in June of 2018, rumors suggested that Task Force X would face Deathstroke. Reports claimed that Manganiello revealed he’d be the big bag assigned to the Suicide Squad.

"“Deathstroke actor Joe Manganiello appeared at Oz Comic Con over the weekend and reportedly told some fans there that he would be in Suicide Squad 2 battling the sinister crew.”"

While there hasn’t been any confirmation, having Deathstroke as a friend or foe would make for a welcome sight in the Suicide Squad sequel. Deathstroke the Terminator has a following and his appearance would bring fanfare — for good reason. Slade is a bad man trained to kill, and he loves it. Weaponry is his specialty, as he uses everything from a sword to explosives. Oh, and it doesn’t hurt that he’s superhuman.

Courtesy of Manu Bennett, Arrow gave fans a good look at what we can expect from the masked mercenary in the DCEU. We hope Joe Manganiello gets the chance to prove his worth in Suicide Squad 2. Like all the other bad guys, having Deathstroke in the sequel should mean more blood, profanity and dead bodies.
