Makkari
The speedster of the group, Makkari is also a close friend of Ikaris. Makkari is easily the fastest being in the Marvel universe. He’s another Eternal that walked among the humans. Makkari witnessed the Persian War and Great Fire of Rome.
He also served as a charioteer the Persian Empire. In the comics, his history has been retconned to make him Mercury and Hurricane — to heroes of Marvel’s past.
Sersi
Early reports suggested that Sersi would be the focus of the film. After all, she’s the Eternal member who loves walking among the humans.
Historically, she’s made her mark and a film focusing on her makes sense. Sersi is cited as arguably the most powerful of the Eternals.
Thena
Not to be confused with the Olympian Goddess Athena, although she sometimes is. Thena is the daughter of Zuras and Cybele. Her story is primarily depicted in the Babylonian era where she faced off against the Deviant, Kro.
The two super-powered beings fell in love and she gave birth to halfbreed children, Donald, and Deborah Ritter.
Zuras
As one of Kronos’ children, Zuras is the ruler of the Eternals. Kind of line their version of Zeus. As a matter of fact, in the comics, he had beef with Zeus in the early days.
After they squashed it, he named Thena after Athena. It probably goes without saying but he is the most powerful of all the Eternals.
