Those hungry for more Avengers content need not look further than Twitter, as Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., and Mark Ruffalo play out their roles to a tee.
Luckily for fans waiting hungrily for Avengers End Game, actors Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., and Mark Ruffalo are the in-real-life embodiment of their on-screen roles.
Although Evans hasn’t exactly been frozen under icy waters for a century, his latest Twitter post certainly makes him sound like a man out of time.
While Captain America did, admittedly, term the internet as “so helpful,” it doesn’t take a lot of squinting to replace Evans with Rogers, and imagine his shield carrying counterpart ruing the perils of modern technology on his own blue check-marked account. Especially not given Cap’s not-infrequent proximity to one Tony Stark, who has been known to take technology a little too far … from time to time.
And, without missing a beat, Iron Man appeared on the scene.
hey @MarkRuffalo looks like Cap needs a little tutoring from the science bros.

Lending his voice to what could be a cut scene from any of the Avengers movies, Downey Jr. piped up to offer his assistance, getting Ruffalo in on the act as well. True to form, the Science Bros, an aptly chosen moniker for the Stark and Banner duo, were happy to help, but not without a little teasing in the mix. Tony’s snarky drawl sounds clearly in Downey’s post, and Ruffalo references Age of Ultron’s infamous language line (much to sighs of Cap fans everywhere) in his post.
Call or DM us whenever you need assistance, @ChrisEvans. Also language.

But in true Cap form, Evans went for earnest over sassy in his reply, smartly playing to Tony/RDJ’s vanity, and admitting, he, well, he just needs some help!
It seems like Downey, Ruffalo, and Evans might be missing their roles just a little bit, or maybe this is just another case of Marvel’s perfect casting bubbling up again, very likely – both. In any scenario, fans are thrilled to see the interactions between the three original Avengers, especially given their prolonged separations over the course of the last few films.
Fortunately, it seems like there is more to come. All three characters have survived Thanos’s snap and End Game promises to be the longest Avengers film yet, leaving plenty of time long awaited reunions to take place.
While Iron Man, the Hulk, and Captain America’s scenes are unlikely to be so lighthearted in Avengers: End Game, it is incredibly nice to be taken back to a simpler time and enjoy just a little bit of extra Avengers fun.
Here’s hoping Iron Man can get Cap out of whatever jam he’s in, and that we get an updated on the situation soon!
