The Flash will return for season 5, episode 12 on Tuesday, Jan. 29. Titled “Memorabilia,” a look at how to watch it online.
The Flash will air its latest episode of Barry Allen in superheroic action on Tuesday, Jan. 29. It’s the 12th episode of season 5 and the third installment since this show returned from a six-week winter break.
Titled “Memorabilia,” it’s set to follow the events of episode 11, “Seeing Red.” This reintroduced Cicada to the mix, the big bad that has floundered over the past few episodes. The Flash had a chance to end this storyline, but chose to keep it going.
With a future Reverse-Flash waiting in 2045, it seems inevitable for this show to gear towards his relationship with Nora and the eventual day Barry — more likely Sherloque Wells — discovers the truth.
Maybe Cicada ties into this plotline. Right now, though, it’s separate from Eobard Thawne and whatever he’s scheming in the future.
In the meantime, Cisco and Caitlin are seemingly developing a metahuman cure. Whether it’s used on them or others will be an interesting story for the rest of season 5, but it has interesting implications for whoever wants a cure, whether it’s members of Team Flash or others.
Will this episode include another villain of the week? It’s a frequent part of The Flash, biding time for the main storyline.
