Thor: Ragnarok is the 18th best-selling DVD and 5th best-selling Blu-ray of 2018. Overall, it is the 9th best-selling film of 2018. It is possible some of you forgot about this film. After all, it came out in 2017. The home release did not come until last March of 2018, though. It debuted at the number one spot, but lost out the next week to believe it or not – Justice League! Talk about a zinger! No matter the praise and success of Thor: Ragnarok in 2018, it was hardly the big topic that Justice League was and still to this day is!

Thor: Ragnarok is still a great hit. It managed to sell over 1.4 million Blu-rays in its first week. It still has some time to go as far as revenue goes, but it has already sold more copies than Thor: Dark World, even though that film is several years older. This probably comes as no surprise, given how forgettable that film is. Plus, this release owes some of its success to getting a small boost around the release of Avengers: Infinity War in theaters.
