9. Was that scene meant for Avengers: Endgame?

While we’re on the subject of time travel, another theory was mentioned that could explain something that annoyed fans. During the Avengers: Infinity War trailers, there was a scene where Steve Rogers, Black Panther, Okoye, Bucky, Black Widow, and Hulk were running towards their enemies.

Problem with this scene is there was no Hulk during the Avengers: Infinity War fight in Wakanda. Bruce Banner was in Stark’s Hulkbuster armor. That may have been a fake-out, but it could also mean it was a glimpse of the future.

Reddit user u/BigMartin5812 pointed out some very interesting points about this scene.

"And finally, the last change is at exactly 2 minutes, when the Avengers are running, together. Between Infinity War and the trailer, the characters positions are swapped, while in the movie, Hulk is not there. Perhaps, in Endgame, the Hulk is there, the past is altered, and the characters positions are swapped to signify this."

Crazy Scale: 8

The Avengers have to get together to defeat Thanos regardless of who gets the final blow. All of them running at Thanos would help make the ending perfect. This image may seem off because Tony Stark isn’t there, but that doesn’t mean much.

Stark is brash and might have flown ahead of them to get a good punch in. Also, Cap’s shield may have taken out as a way to trick viewers. The placement of the characters was a good catch by the writer.
