My Hero Academia reportedly has another movie in the works that is scheduled to be released this winter and timed interestingly, according to a report from Moetron News.
My Hero Academia has skyrocketed in popularity since its inception in 2014. The anime follows Izuku Midoriya who finds himself quirkless in a world full of quirks. We see his journey as he fights for his dream to become a hero.
With three seasons and a movie already released, My Hero Academia has a busy year with the new season scheduled to be released this fall. However, that does not seem to be all that is in store for the anime.
According to Moetron News, there is a new movie in the works for My Hero Academia. They report that the new movie is expected to be released this winter. What is intriguing is, if this is true, it may immediately follow the new season.
The announcement references magazine leaks that translate “My Hero Academia, completely new movie is in the works.” The report adds “Coming back to the big screen! Out this winter!! An all-new original story, what will it be about? Wait for more info soon!”

No other information is noted about the movie and its story. And with no official announcement yet, it begs the question of whether these reports have any weight to them. Nevertheless, fans cannot help but speculate just what is in store for us this Fall and Winter.
