Avengers: Endgame comic book character highlight: Iron Man

Cool armor
Everyone loves Iron Man’s armor. In the comics, Tony tends to update them almost every year. This series had my personal favorite. When we first see Tony he’s working tirelessly. He says that he hasn’t spent enough time in his lab (which he referred to as his church). After a 15 year old at M.I.T., Riri Williams, reverse engineered it on a dare, Tony decided it was time to step his game up. He went to work and did something he’d wanted to do for a long time.
Tony merged all of his armor into one. Now, no matter what problem came at him, he had an armor to combat it.
Connecting this to the MCU
We saw a glimpse of this in Avengers: Infinity War. Tony’s armor seemed more fluid. He could make things like blades, a giant boot, and so much more. In Iron Man: Reboot, he even turned his smaller armor into his Hulkbuster version. It was a sight when he created energy swords and a samurai kind of helmet to fight ninjas.
It would have been cool to see more of this with Tony Stark in the MCU. However, if Riri Williams is next up, that may still happen. The audience would love to see Iron Heart (Riri’s code name) go from his regular armor to a version suitable for underwater, space, and maybe even in the Earth’s core.
