As far acting experience goes, Iain Glen has played every character imaginable. The Scottish actor has comfortably portrayed Americans effortlessly, and while he has never played a superhero before, he has actually appeared in the comic book film Kick-Ass 2.
More from DC Universe

- Harley Quinn renewed for a fifth season on Max (and it’s well-deserved)
So when it comes to the seemingly loose playboy philanthropist with a dark past and a secret, even darker identity, Glen should be able to pull off the dual identity like it’s a regular Tuesday. Even though he has proven that he is as ranged as any actor in Hollywood, fans will likely adjoin his version of Batman with the character he’s most famous for, so how does Jorah Mormont compare to Bruce Wayne?
Jorah Mormont on Game of Thrones is one of the most respected and feared warriors in Westeros, despite his dark past of being dishonored for participating in the slave trade. An excellent fighter with a dark past is exactly what fans expect from Batman. Not only that, but Mormont is a gruff, grizzled personality, yet he maintains the atmosphere of a reserved gentleman.
While brandishing a sword and armor is much different from a Batsuit, the personality traits are extremely similar. Bruce Wayne’s knack for detective work will likely be on notice in Titans, as he is likely retired from crime fighting. So tapping into the mentor persona of Jorah Mormont could lead to one of the best portrayals of Batman that has been seen to date.
