1. Thor aims for the head

We’ve seen a few clips of Thor in the trailers for Avengers: Endgame. It seems like he’s still upset with himself for not defeating Thanos when he had the chance. Even though no one could have predicted that getting stabbed in the chest like that wouldn’t have killed him. Especially since Stormbreaker was strong enough to take a full blast from the Infinity Gauntlet complete with all the stones. Thor isn’t going to take this loss lightly and will do everything he can to not make the same mistake twice.

Thor is going to go right after Thanos. Hopefully he won’t pull a Star-Lord by going away from any plan that they come up with. The one thing that could happen is Thor catches Thanos off guard after the Infinity Gauntlet is removed. Even after Thanos loses the power of the Infinity Stones, he’s not going to be easy to defeat.

However, like it was said in the previews, they didn’t have Captain Marvel before. While Captain Marvel is beating on Thanos, Thor could easily do what Thanos suggested and aim for the head. Stormbreaker is one of the most powerful weapons in the universe. With Thor swinging it, there’s nothing Thanos can do if he’s no longer using the power of a god.
