With the shock of Avengers: Endgame still fresh in the hearts and minds of fans; Marvel Studios keeps their foot on the gas, with the release of the second trailer for Spider-Man Far From Home. Avengers: Endgame spoilers are ahead.

Not even two weeks after Avengers: EndgameSpider-Man: Far From Home delivered a fresh trailer, dealing with a clear ramification of the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s biggest movie yet.

With the loss of his mentor, Peter Parker is motivated highly to try to step up as a hero. But being a hero takes a lot and, if only for a little while, Peter would rather just be an average student as he goes on a school trip taking him out of the country.

Unfortunately for our web-slinger, Nick Fury has other plans in mind. As the discovery of powerful elemental creatures wreaking havoc across the world, as well as a mysterious new hero, has Fury attempt to recruit Peter to help solve the put a stop to the dangers threatening the world.

Far From Home seems to be a test of both Peter’s resolve and his character. It seems that the events of Endgame have taken a toll on him significantly and that while he is eager to try to fill the shoes left by Ironman, he wants to stay much more low-key.

Peter is especially torn by his non-costumed life, as his heroics seem to keep him from exploring more of his average life as a teenager.

This trailer also gives a backstory for the character Mysterio, who is a longtime Spider-Man villain. It seems that we’ll be getting a new origin of the character that may indeed keep him as a friend to Spider-Man … maybe.
