Suicide Kings
Wade Wilson isn’t known for being a good person. Sure, he’s done a ton of good deeds, but he’s not someone people think of as a good guy like Captain America or even Wolverine. Because of his questionable morals, it was easy for someone to frame him for blowing up a building. This guy framed him because Deadpool inadvertently cost him a bet. Instead of just taking the loss, he doubles up. If Wade survived, he’d be even with his bookie Tombstone. If not, Tombstone would kill him. This story leads to Punisher, Daredevil, and Spider-Man coming after Deadpool after seeing the footage of Deadpool blowing up a building with people in it.
Suicide Kings was an adventure full of violence. More than anything, Deadpool fighting the Punisher was worth the price of the comic itself. If the Punisher Netflix series is no longer a thing, it would be great to see him introduced here. Not only will it give Deadpool a tough villain to fight, this also gives the Punisher a good intro in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Punisher may not have superpowers, but his skill and toughness make up for it. This series also introduces Tombstone. A villain who remains a thorn in the backside of almost all of the heroes close to the street.
