Ghost
No one could have foreseen that Ghost would be such a good villain in Ant-Man and the Wasp. She was smart, tough, and skilled when it came to fighting. She also had a tragic story that made it hard not to root for her. Towards the end of Ant-Man and the Wasp, we see her and Bill Foster escape. What they’re going to do next is up in the air. Bill Foster may believe in her need for revenge and try to help her take down parts of government. If this is the case, we could be looking at an incident similar to what happened when the New Warriors went up against Nitro, an incident that could have been avoided. Instead, it lead to the death of hundreds of innocent adults and children. This is how Maria Hill could be put in charge of policing superhumans.
In the comic books, Ghost is more than someone who fights people. Ghost is a villain who takes down corporations that are harmful to regular people. Ghost in the Marvel Cinematic Universe could take on this kind of endeavor, making her role more sympathetic, given that a lot of us have negative feelings towards big corporations. Ghost could be more than what we’ve seen, especially with help from someone like Bill Foster. She may be able to do more than just phase. Who knows what Janet Van Dyne did to her after she touched her with her Quantum Realm powers.
