24. The Ancient One – Michigan
Michigan is one of those states that’s known for being tough. It’s a city that’s known for being the “heart of the American automotive industry”. Ford, Chrysler, and General Motors all have corporate offices there. It was also the first state to assemble a car on an assembly line.
It’s also home to Kellogg’s and over 65,000 lakes. It’s also where former NBA player Jalen Rose was raised which has led him to generously give back to his community via the Jalen Rose Leadership Academy, atuition-free, open enrollment, high school that gets its funding from donors.
A fun fact about Michigan is that it’s also the magic capital of the world. Something I never would have guessed (that’s been said a lot here). While Doctor Strange would be the easy choice, The Ancient One is the way to go.
The Ancient One has spent countless decades training sorcerers so it only makes sense that the Ancient One would represent Michigan. The Ancient One would be more than happy to teach people new ways to live their life through magic if they were willing to use their powers for good. The state could even yield a new Sorcerer Supreme
