How will the show continue to honor Luke Perry?
As Riverdale showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa revealed on Instagram earlier this month, season four will open with “In Memoriam,” which will pay tribute to beloved cast member Luke Perry, who died tragically earlier this year. Aguirre-Sacasa chose not to directly address his passing during the final episodes of season three because, as he explained to Entertainment Tonight, he wanted to take time to write it into the show in a respectful and meaningful way. Presumably, the show will pay tribute not only in the premiere but throughout the season as Archie mourns the loss of his father and the community of Riverdale mourns the loss of a dear friend.

Will we ever seen teen Josie again? Will there be a Riverdale crossover with Katy Keene?
As of right now, it seems there are no plans for Josie to guest star in season four or for a full-blown Riverdale–Katy Keene crossover, in part because the latter will be set in the future. However, according to TVLine, Aguirre-Sacasa, who is a co-creator and executive producer of the spin-off, said there could be some overlap:
"“There’s more chance of Riverdale kids popping up in Katy‘s world than Katy characters going to the Riverdale world. We think it might be fun to see what Kevin Keller is up to five years in the future: coming to see some Broadway shows and hanging out with his step-sister Josie and her group of friends. So we’re hopeful we’re going to do that, for sure.”"
