Analog No. 6

Writer: Gerry Duggan

Artist: David O’Sullivan

After almost a year off, the creative team of Gerry Duggan and David O’Sullivan are back at Image Comics to pick up where they left off in the fan favorite series, Analog. In this dystopian future, everyone’s personal information has leaked on the internet, so the only way to do things privately is through analog means. Sam, Analog’s protagonist, is still on the search for the leader of a tech giant company, which has been the source of the breaching of people’s information. If you haven’t yet, make sure to pick up the trade for the first volume and catch up!

Crowded No. 7

Writer: Christopher Sebela

Artist: Ro Stein, Ted Brandt

Another Image Comics title comes back this week, as the very fun and unique Crowded makes its return in a very crowded week. When compared to another Image title, Analog, Crowded is on the complete opposite side of the spectrum as everyone and every job, including hitmen, can be found online. Charlie, whose hit is still the highest the kill-for-hire app, Reapr, has ever seen, is now on the run as her bodyguard Vita tries to do her best to keep Charlie safe.

DCeased No. 3

Writer: Tom Taylor

Artist: Stefano Guadiano

The anti-life equation virus has devastated most of the DC Universe, as some of our favorite heroes have succumbed to the techno virus and have died in this Elseworlds story. Writer Tom Taylor does a great job of balancing humor and horror, which is complimented perfectly by artist Stefano Guadiano’s art. While not technically a zombie story, DCeased is an interesting spin on a classic horror trope, by adding technology and removing death from the equation.  Make sure to pick up issue three of this six-issue miniseries!
