The cast of Arrow will be making their final appearance at San Diego Comic-Con to promote the show’s eighth (and final) season, but what are we hoping to learn from the panel?

Arrow has been a regular part of San Diego Comic-Con since Oliver Queen first strung up his bow back in 2012. In the seven years that followed, the ever-changing cast has annually descended upon the beloved event, offering insight into the recently-concluded season while teasing what comes next.

Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end, and as Arrow‘s impending final season draws near, that also means that the end is nigh for the show’s Comic-Con presence, as the cast is set to make their last collective appearance at the event.

Of course, that means its going to be an emotional one for fans of the show (as well as fans of Supernatural, which is also bidding SDCC farewell this year), but it also makes us a little curious as to what to expect.

Season 8, is after all, the end of an era for both Arrow and the Arrowverse in general, so you can rest assured that Beth Schwartz and Marc Guggenheim will be going all out in a bid to ensure that it’s the show’s strongest offering. And we should expect them to begin doing just that at Comic-Con, with some subtle teases and perhaps even some major announcements.

With that in mind, let’s take a look at some of the things we hope to learn from the panel.
