Someone easy to throw onto any Marvel fan casting list, Reeves has been a hot topic for the most part of this year. Hitting his prime in his mid-fifties isn’t anything unique in today’s Hollywood, but Reeves has taken it to new levels with his internet presence.

This rejuvenated fame comes with plenty of casting opportunities and another hot commodity in the film world is, of course, any kind of MCU gig. MCU head Kevin Feige seems to be just as big a fan of Keanu as anyone right now, telling CinemaBlend:

"“I don’t know when, if, or ever he’ll join the MCU, but we very much want to figure out the right way to do it.”"

Rumors have been circulating that Marvel is attempting to place him in their upcoming Eternals project, but there hasn’t been much substance to this.

Playing a villain might be more up Reeves’ street, which is crazy considering he’s possibly the kindest and friendliest man on Earth. His roles in the John Wick franchise have made him an anti-hero mainstay and showcase that, even in his 50’s, he’s still able to kick as much ass as needed for a role.

The interactions between the equally relatable and meme commodity, Tom Holland, could make for one of the most interesting film duos.
