15. Nightwing

After Dick Grayson had enough of being Robin, he left and reinvented himself as a hero. He became Nightwing. Since then, he’s been the protector of Blüdhaven.

Dick Grayson has all of the fighting style and skills that Batman does. He’s not the genius detective that Batman is or as intelligent as Tim Drake is, but he’s no slouch. So much so that he’s actually been Batman after Bruce was thought to be dead.

Dick Grayson isn’t as grim as Batman. He quips with the best of them, he’s smooth, and enjoys life. Whoever plays him has to look jovial, have the ability to be funny, and look and be athletic.

Our Dream Casting: Zac Efron

Zac Efron is an underrated actor. It may be because he started out as one of the kids from High School Musical. Despite that, he’s talented. He can sing, dance (see The Greatest Showman), be dramatic (check him out in Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile), funny, and he’s athletic. It would be easy to see him as Dick Grayson.

He could get down and dirty during the fight scenes, make jokes while flipping around, and it would be believable. Efron looks like the type of person who tries to get everything he can out of life. This would help sell the Nightwing character.
