29. Harley Quinn

Dr. Harleen Quinzel made her first appearance in the popular 1990’s cartoon Batman the Animated Series. It’s been over 20 years since she debuted and she has become one of the most recognized characters in pop culture.

Even if you don’t read comic books, you know who she is. Kids and adults alike also flock to the store to dress as her for Halloween and comic book conventions.

Playing Harley Quinn isn’t just about being crazy. People forget that she’s a psychiatrist. So she has to play dumb and be crazy so people underestimate her intelligence. She also has to be able to play damaged and obsessed with Joker. Hopefully, not for long. Her relationship with the Joker is terrible. Poison Ivy is the way to go.

Our Dream Casting: Chloe Grace Moretz

Remember the little girl from Kick-Ass who was cursing and literally shocking the poop out of people? Well, that was nine years ago and she’s done a lot since then. She’s continued to play roles that are fun, but she’s also acted in some dramatic roles as well.

Chloe Grace Moretz would kill the role as Harley Quinn. She could easily pull of the brainy psychiatrist who worked at Arkham. When she transforms from Dr. Harleen Quinzel to Harley Quinn, it will be even better than what we saw Margot Robbie do and Robbie was amazing.
