MCU: These 10 characters should never be Avengers

Domino

Zazie Beetz’ Domino was one of the best parts of Deadpool 2. She was flat-out incredible. She was witty and dangerous, and her luck-infused powers were actually great on screen. She also had a swagger and confidence that was too alluring not to appreciate. She’s one of the few people that should keep her role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Beetz’ Domino should also get her own solo series in the future. It would a travesty if she didn’t. That being said, she wouldn’t make a good Avenger.

Domino is a mercenary, and she enjoys her work. You can also see that she enjoys being able to move freely. As much as her personality and skills would fit with the Avengers, they would cramp her style. She’s a free spirit and needs to remain that way. It would be weird seeing her drop everything she’s doing just because she got a call from Captain Marvel.

Domino works better on a team like X-Force, working alongside Cable and Deadpool. No one will judge her for the things she does and how they get done. Plus, the missions they go on are more mutant-centric. While her powers do translate in a PG-13 setting, we’ve seen that she’s built for a an R-rating.
