The Flash: 5 things we learned from the season 6 premiere photos
4. Something Major Will Happen In The Episode (And It Won’t Be In S.T.A.R. Labs)
It might be a rather predictable move to throw out a blanket statement like “something major is going to happen” given that we’re talking about the season premiere of a superhero show here, but if you look in close detail at the batch of images, it’s pretty clear that there is a strong chance of something huge going down.
First of all, you might notice that all of the photos showcase events that only take place in S.T.A.R. Labs – and judging by the fact that everyone appears to be wearing the same outfits across all of the photos they appear in, it wouldn’t be too “out there” to assume that the pictures are all showcasing the same scene as well.
To top it all off, there were only five photos released. Don’t take that the wrong way, for this writer is certainly not complaining, but The CW usually tends to release a batch of around 10 to 15 photos for each episode of their shows, and the network only holds back on releasing that many whenever they intentionally want to keep a major secret from the viewers.
This all suggests the S.T.A.R. Labs scene(s) is the only non-spoilery offering in which there were images available for the episode, so don’t be surprised if the season premiere features a game-changing event – one that might end up giving Cisco and Caitlin a reason to look as concerned as they do.
Then again, it might be down to the fact that other photos would spoil a certain surprise…
