Batwoman is everywhere in latest trailer for The CW series
Gotham’s newest Dark Knight revisits old territory in the brand new trailer for The CW’s upcoming Arrowverse show Batwoman.
Four years after the launch of its last live-action series, the Arrowverse will add Batwoman to the mix.
Starring Ruby Rose, the show will focus on Kate Kane – the cousin of Bruce Wayne – who lives in a Gotham City that has been without its watchful protector for three years. While we’re not completely sure how Kate feels about her cousin’s absence, the rise of the deadly Alice and the subsequent kidnapping of her former love, Sophie Moore, will lead her to the Bat-Cave.
Given that the character is directly related to the most iconic superhero of all time (Batman), it’s safe to say that there is a lot of anticipation for the show. Thus, it should come as no surprise to hear that The CW has been releasing a lifetime supply of trailers hyping its impending debut. And now, it’s released another (yes, another!) trailer – one that gives us an idea of just how many they’ve produced.
Check it out below:
If you recognize any of those clips, that’s because you’ve probably seen them all before. It’s true – the 30-second clip is essentially just a montage of the majority of the previous teasers in a bid to highlight just how much Batwoman’s message is spreading.
Conspicuous by its absence is footage from the original full-length trailer but, given how that received an overwhelmingly negative response, it’s probably best to ignore that one.

What we do see, however, are previously-released clips of Kate as she hands an expensive watch to someone in need, enters a tattoo parlor and smiles at the abundance of Batwoman tattoos, rides a motorcycle and stares through a Bat-symbol-shaped hole in the wall.
It’s clear that The CW is going all out to make the show a success, and let’s just hope they pull it off.
Consider us all put on notice: Batwoman is coming!
