6. What if Captain Marvel remained a Kree soldier?

After Carol Danvers gained her powers, she was abducted and trained by the Kree to be one of their soldiers. For years, she was lied to by them. They told her things like all Skrulls are dangerous. In reality, they were unjustly being hunted. With her memories gone, Carol Danvers had no reason to doubt the Kree Empire or the Supreme Intelligence. When she finally discovered the truth, Danvers fought back. Along with Nick Fury and some Skrull refugees, Carol Danvers defeated the Skrulls and began her journey to become one of the universe’s greatest heroes.

The Kree recognized Carol Danvers’ potential almost immediately. She had the ability to tip the scales in their favor in almost any fight. If she continued to grow as one of their pawns, she would have helped the Kree abolish the Skrulls. Soon, they would have eventually gone after Earth. The aftermath of this war would have been catastrophic. Who knows if the Avengers have what it takes to defeat them. Also, what would have happened with Thanos and his search for the Infinity Stones? The Kree could have sent Carol Danvers and their army after him. We’ve seen that she can defeat Thanos in a fight. This could mean the Kree would get the Infinity Stones. Trust me when I say no one wants that to happen.
