A little known fact is that Rocket and Gamora worked together well before they were Guardians of the Galaxy. Bradley Cooper and Zoe Saldana played husband and wife in the movie The Words. Their characters are very different from their MCU ones.

The premise told in The Words is a story within a story. An author begins reading from his new book (the title of the film), which tells the story of the Jensens (Cooper and Saldana).

Who doesn’t love Groot? Sure, he only says three or four words, but he’s fun and provides a personality all his own. But did you know Groot voice actor Vin Diesel starred alongside GotG Vol. 2 co-star Kurt Russell?

If you’re a fan of The Fast and the Furious movies, you may recall that Russell, who stars as Star-Lord’s father Ego in the MCU, portrayed Mr. Nobody in two installments of the muscle car film franchise.

25. Tessa Thompson and Chris Hemsworth

We MCU fans loved Tessa Thompson and Chris Hemsworth as Thor and Valkyrie in Thor: Ragnarok. Not only were they hilarious, but they were also gearing up for their next film together. No, we’re not talking about Avengers: Endgame. We’re talking about Men in Black International.

The actors plays Agent H (Hemsworth) and Agent M (Thompson) in the MiB spinoff that takes place in London. H is a star Man in Black, while M is a rookie who recruited to tame H. The film didn’t do quite as well as its predecessors, but the flick is fun and shows the chemistry between the two lead actors.
